Rank trend drivers by impact and uncertainty for your organization. when you plot the trends on a matrix, separate the "Likely Drivers" from the "Black Swans" — each is important in different ways. You an draft “what-if” scenarios based on these key drivers, then apply your learnings and adjust your strategies accordingly.
